Shetland Close

Renovation of the guest room and office of a detached house in Warrington. Having lived in the house for six years, the owners wanted to update the spare bedrooms that had been left unchanged including updating the fitted furniture in both rooms for something lighter, less imposing and more modern.

The scheme focused on matching the minimal feel in the remainder of the house whilst bringing the rooms up to date, giving both the guest bedroom and the office a lighter, more welcoming feel.

The design included a number of Farrow & Ball colours including Light Blue in the guest bedroom and Wevet in the office. The wallpaper in the office was by Kate Spade for GP& J Baker and provided a good backdrop for the desk area.

Fitted furniture throughout was designed by Lived In 365 and provided by Spaceworks Joinery, a family run business based in Manchester. The furniture was also painted in bespoke Farrow & Ball colours, Blackened in the guest bedroom and Wevet in the office. They also provided the desk space and a dressing table in the guest bedroom.
